DIY: Constellation Star Mouse Pad

I have been meaning to get a new mouse pad so I decided to make one! I've seen some really cool ones around the internet and I love the look of cork and vinyl/pleather with a little bit of art on it. I decided I wanted to go with navy blue and paint little stars. I also love the look of constellations so I ended up doing a Leo one. Feel free to get creative with yours!

You will need:

• 1/2 yard of smooth vinyl/pleather
• 12"x12" cork board
• scissors
• Spray Adhesive
• Silver Pen
• Sharpie
• A Large bowl under 12" or something round to trace on the cork

Step 1: Place your round object on top of the cork and draw a circle with a sharpie
Step 2: Cut out your circle

Step 3: Spray adhesive on the cork and then place it on the backside of the vinyl
Step 4: Cut out the vinyl around the cork

Step 5: Sketch some constellations on a scratch piece of paper before drawing onto your vinyl
Step 6: Draw stars onto your vinyl and you're done!
