Cinque Terre
I never did finish posting my photos from Italy so I am going to continue where I left off. After we visited Rome and Venice we were looking forward to Cinque Terre as it seemed to be a more laid back place and not another big city. We had warm weather and only a little bit of rain. We stayed in Vernazza which was such a lovely town. One year previous they had a mud slide ruin most of the shops and so we really wanted to help support them. Most of the businesses were brand new inside and it was really wonderful to see a community come together and do so much in one year. (see more info at www.savevernazza.com)
I asked my husband the other day which town was his favorite and we both agreed that Vernazza was on the top of our list. If you are planning on traveling to Italy this is a spot you do not want to miss. :)

Really hope to visit some day. My husband's family - at least most of them - are from Italy.

Where did you stay in Vernazza? I'm planning our trip in June and finding it hard to narrow in on where to stay!
