When I think about how I would want my home to look like during the holidays this would pretty much be it. I love the simplicity and natural touches. Just enough warmth and prettiness. :)

I feel like I am definitely getting more into the Christmas spirit lately. I think it has something to do with making holiday cards and getting crafty! Now I just need to bake some cookies and wrap presents and I am set! We didn't get a tree this year but I did put our white Christmas lights around the balcony and curtain rod. They provide a really soothing light and the man likes them too! Thats always a plus. My show is tomorrow! Woohoo! I cant wait to show you guys pictures of the show and then get back into the swing of things. I need to catch up on all your beautiful blogs!

i love these muted colors and all the serenity in the middle of the over-glitzed holidays. but i definitely need a fuller tree than this one! it reminds me a bit of "a charlie brown christmas" only more pretty.

I'm getting into the Christmas spirit too. Almost finished shopping, tree is up, and I already hosted 12 family members from 4 cities for an early holiday get together. Now comes the serious holiday baking a gift-wrapping. Oh how I love wrapping presents!

I hope your show went (or is going) well, can't wait to see pics!
