Gorgeous Garlands

I am feeling inspired at the moment to make a pretty garland with my fabric scraps. I like the idea of using it as part of a package or hanging them up as decor. Here are some inspiring images I came across.

I am thinking about making one with leaves perhaps. Still working out the details. I just spooled a bunch of thread yesterday and I am itching to sew. Hope you find these inspiring as well!

  Wonderful collection of inspiration. I have lately been very into buntings and I'm thinking I might use my old fabric scarps to make one of those, though I have no party to decorate for.

  Love these! I am hosting a birthday dinner party for my brother. I think I will make some for that night. I might even use cool paper too.

  Wouldn't it be lovely if you had a staircase to do the same thing that Neiman's does over their escalators with all the hanging butterflies?! This post reminded me of that!
