I just finished watching season one of
Downton Abby and I was constantly fascinated by the clothing. I love all the beautiful details on the dresses the women wear including their lovely collars. The early 1900's was such a great time in fashion!

I dream of being the costume designer for Downton Abbey every time I watch an episode! Just started the second season...even in time of the war they seem to match a style to it..love!
So perfectly pretty & feminine! I have been eyeing a few blouses that have the silk tie collar--you may have pushed me to pull out the wallet;)
