I was just looking down at the bottom of this blog and noticed how lovely all of the etsy favorites looked together I couldn't resist posting about it. My Christmas wishlist is getting ginormous. :)
My Etsy Faves
Oh man what a week. I feel drained. I am a little excited though about a thought I have had recently. On Maui we have a little craft society and there are a few places that I can get a booth at over the weekends. The thought of having to fill up an entire booth is a little daunting so I have been coming up with a few different designs including more tags and a pretty mini buntings with my vintage wallpaper scraps. Woohoo! I feel like an old Cherokee Indian using the entire buffalo. Okay not really but its sort of similar. :) I am waiting to hear back on the details but I think it sounds fun if it works out.
Do any of you have experience with selling at a craft venue? Any advice?
Love your Etsy faves. Especially that yellow scarf. I was thinking about starting an Etsy store with some of my friends. We are learning to knit and would make scarves. Besides that thought I'm not very crafty.
ReplyDeleteGood Luck! I hope it works out!
mini bunting??? with vintage wall paper!!!! ooooh, I think I might need to get some of those!!!

ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend :) Congrats on craft booth!
Hahaha, *love* your comparison to using a whole buffalo! And ee, seriously, *I'm* excited thinking about you getting to fill a whole booth!! Not that I have any experience in this area, but maybe it would be fun to do a mix of what you super want to do + what you think would be safe sells, just to gauge people's reactions to your items, which can maybe help you figure out what you want to sell on etsy, too? But then again, maybe your live audience will be different than online, too... Good luck!!
ReplyDeleteHi! Your blog looks so cute! I'd like to think that my xmas wish list would be small, but I'm afraid that's never going to happen.

Great etsy finds as always Rachel! And that is so exciting about the booth! I think personal interaction is a great way to build your business. That has been my experience with the craft fairs. GOod luck!
